Welcome to www.creava.io. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and other online services provided by CLIC Ventures FZCO, doing business as CREAVA (“CREAVA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using the Site, app, or any other feature operated by CREAVA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” above and, where required, notify you (for example by email or in-app notice).

1 Overview

CREAVA is a digital platform that helps creators and influencers plan, organize, and manage their content. These Terms apply to your use of all CREAVA products and services, including our website (creava.io), mobile app, waitlist, and any associated creator or referral programs (collectively, the “Services”).

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use creava.

If you’re under 18, you can still enjoy our free features - but to access any paid plans or subscriptions, you’ll need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account, you confirm that:
• you meet these age and eligibility requirements,
• all information you provide is accurate and current, and
• you have the right to use CREAVA in your country.

3 Account and Security

You may need to create an account to access certain features of CREAVA.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account, please contact us immediately at support@creava.io.

CREAVA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the security or integrity of the Services.

4 Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

CREAVA offers both free and paid subscription plans.

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment partner. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle to process recurring payments based on the plan you select.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or by platform policies (for example, the App Store, Google Play, or Paddle).

CREAVA may modify pricing or subscription features from time to time. Updated fees will apply from the next billing cycle after notice is given.

5 Creator and Affiliate Programs

From time to time, we may offer referral, affiliate, or creator partnership programs (“Creator Programs”). Participation is voluntary and may be subject to additional guidelines or program-specific terms provided at the time of registration.

If you participate, we may request information such as social-media handles, analytics data, payout details, or tax documentation to administer rewards or commissions.

All Creator Program payouts are made in USD via Paddle or another approved payment method.

We may modify or discontinue Creator Programs at any time, with or without notice.

6 User Content

Our Services may allow you to upload, create, or store materials such as scripts, captions, video plans, or other creative assets (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant CREAVA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You are responsible for your own User Content. Do not upload or share anything that:

• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights,

• contains illegal, defamatory, or harmful material, or

• violates these Terms or applicable law.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate.

7 Acceptable Use

When using CREAVA, you agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes;

• interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation or security;

• transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized data collection;

• impersonate another person or entity;

• attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our software.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

8 Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services — including the software, design, branding, trademarks, content, and materials — are owned by CLIC Ventures FZCO or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your personal or professional creator activities, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent from CREAVA.

9 Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you.
By using CREAVA, you consent to our data practices as described in that Policy.

10 Communications and Marketing

By creating an account or joining our waitlist, you agree to receive necessary service-related communications (for example, security updates, billing notices).

You may also choose to receive marketing messages from CREAVA, including email newsletters and SMS updates sent through Klaviyo.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in an email or replying “STOP” to a text message.

Message and data rates may apply.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect essential transactional or service-related messages.

11 Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or interact with third-party products (for example: Paddle, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or Firebase).

CREAVA is not responsible for the availability, content, or performance of those third-party tools or for any data you choose to share with them.

Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12 Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are final.

Refunds are not provided except where required by law or permitted by the payment platform used (such as Paddle or the Apple App Store).

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

13 Disclaimers

CREAVA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services.

We do not guarantee that CREAVA will meet your specific expectations or be available without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CLIC Ventures FZCO and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to CREAVA in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We hope to resolve any disputes informally. If a disagreement arises, please contact us first at support@creava.io so we can try to find a solution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree that the courts of Dubai will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

16 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Significant changes may be communicated by email or in-app notification.
Continued use of CREAVA after updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
