By using the Site, joining our waitlist, subscribing to emails or SMS, creating an account, or participating in the CREAVA Creator Program or referral campaigns, you accept this Policy and any future updates.
If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

  • Billing and subscriptions: payment status and metadata handled securely by Paddle.

  • Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-ins, SMS consent (Klaviyo text updates), campaign responses.

  • Affiliate / Creator Program data (if you join later): social handles, analytics links, payment accounts (e.g., PayPal or bank details for payouts), and tax information only if required by law.

  • Support interactions: emails or messages to our support team or social accounts.

When you interact with our Site, we automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone, pages viewed, and session duration.

  • Cookies and tracking technologies: small files used for security, authentication, performance metrics, and—if you consent—analytics and marketing.

  • Log and diagnostic data: error reports and app events via Firebase and other tools.

We may receive limited information from:

  • Analytics & marketing partners: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, Klaviyo, and Firebase for usage and campaign measurement.

  • Integrated platforms: social media or calendar accounts you choose to connect.


We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (such as health or religious information).

  2. Manage billing, subscriptions, and payments.

We never sell personal information for money.

We share data only as described below:

  • Service providers: hosting (AWS / GCP), analytics (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel), email/SMS (Klaviyo), support tools, and payment (Paddle).

  • Legal or regulatory requests: to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition with notice to users.

  • Your consent: when you connect third-party accounts or participate in collabs.
    Aggregated or de-identified data may be shared for research or marketing.



5 Advertising and Analytics

We engage partners to analyze usage and deliver relevant content.
These partners may use cookies or pixels to collect information such as IP address, pages viewed, and conversion data.

8 International Transfers and Retention

CREAVA operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (IFZA Zone).
Your data may be processed in other countries where our vendors are located.
We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other legal safeguards for cross-border transfers.


Retention:

  • Account data → life of account + 24 months.

  • Billing data → 7 years (for tax laws).

  • Waitlist data → deleted after 24 months of inactivity or upon request.

  • Affiliate Program records → kept while active + 7 years for compliance.



9 GDPR / UK Data Protection Notice
