By using the Site, joining our waitlist, subscribing to emails or SMS, creating an account, or participating in the CREAVA Creator Program or referral campaigns, you accept this Policy and any future updates.

Billing and subscriptions: payment status and metadata handled securely by Paddle.
Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-ins, SMS consent (Klaviyo text updates), campaign responses.
Affiliate / Creator Program data (if you join later): social handles, analytics links, payment accounts (e.g., PayPal or bank details for payouts), and tax information only if required by law.
Support interactions: emails or messages to our support team or social accounts.

When you interact with our Site, we automatically collect:
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone, pages viewed, and session duration.

8 International Transfers and Retention
CREAVA operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (IFZA Zone).
Your data may be processed in other countries where our vendors are located.
We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other legal safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Retention:
Account data → life of account + 24 months.
Billing data → 7 years (for tax laws).
Waitlist data → deleted after 24 months of inactivity or upon request.
Affiliate Program records → kept while active + 7 years for compliance.
